Providing Telehealth Services to clients located in Texas and California.
I understand therapy is an expensive investment and I aim to be as transparent as possible about my fees.

Intake Fee: $175
(CPT Code 90791)
SESSION: Each session is at least 45 minutes and includes evidence-based assessments and treatment modalities.
Session Fee: $150
(CPT Code 90834/90837).

I use Headway to manage my insurance billing so I can place all my focus on our work together. You will receive an email from the Headway Team to help set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. After each session, the payment method on file will be charged for any co-pays and you will receive an invoice via email. For information on your insurance coverage and whether I am an available provider on your plan, or if you are a current client with questions about your insurance billing, please visit my Headway profile or log into your Headway account (Upper Right Hand Corner of my Headway Profile).
My practice specializes in working with adult individuals. At this time, I do not work with couples or families.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space through Teletherapy, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I utilize interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Bibliotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Telehealth utilizes HIPAA-secure video conferencing platforms to allow therapists and their clients to connect without having to meet in person. With telehealth you are no longer constrained by your physical location, you can easily connect from the privacy from your home, office, or car. No worries about being photographed leaving your therapist's office.
Countless studies over the last decade have consistently shown that telehealth provides quality of care that is on par with traditional in-person services. All clients must be located in Texas or California at the time of sessions.
My approach embraces diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, receives empathetic and affirming mental health support. My goal is to foster an atmosphere of trust, respect, and understanding, where your unique story and experiences are valued and integrated into the therapeutic process. Whether you're seeking assistance with self-discovery, coping with discrimination, addressing mental health challenges, or enhancing relationships, I am here to support you on your journey toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
In my past, I have worked closely with the LGBTQ Center in San Diego, CA providing group therapy. I have been an active participant in the PRIDE Festival and had the prestige of sitting on the board of directors. While in San Diego, I interned with Dr. Fritz Klein who developed the Klein Sexual Orientation Grid and who championed support and research for people who identify as Bisexual.
Every individual and relationship is unique, and I am committed to tailoring our therapy to meet your specific needs and goals. Polyamory Affirmative therapy aims to empower individuals to build and sustain healthy, fulfilling relationships while promoting consent, respect, and ethical behavior within the polyamorous community and for those who practice Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM).
In our sessions, we'll work together to address a range of topics including:
As of January 1st, 2022, all patients seeking medical services with an out-of-network provider have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
